Our whole experience exceeded expectations. Waterfalls worked with the HOA Community Standards director and our request was approved in a matter of days. This was the first in a line of positive experiences. The crew showed up when promised, were professional and courteous, and left the worksite in pristine condition. I recently hired Waterfalls Land Care to do a stone border around my front yard flower bed and trees as they were looking very plain, boring and in dire need of help. I met with Marcello, and he had some excellent ideas and came up with a design which I not only liked a lot, but it was within my budget. He was able to fit my project into his busy schedule a few days early, he and his crew showed up when he said they would, got to work, and didn't stop until they were finished and left the job area clean. Marcello's attention to detail, knowledge and work ethic were the main reasons for hiring his company, and am very glad I did. He stayed within my budget, he understood my HOA's guidelines, stayed within those requirements and the finished product was even better than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend Waterfalls Land Care and would absolutely hire them again.

Waterfalls Land Care was amazing throughout every step of the process. My husband and I hired him to install a retaining wall on one side of our home for the purposes of soil erosion prevention and to protect our foundation. From the beginning free estimate, he was more responsive then the competition- able to arrange to come out to our property to complete his estimate the same day I called him. He was more professional than others I got estimates from, taking the time to measure, discuss my needs for the project, and show me pictures of his recent work that was similar. Throughout the entire process he was extremely responsive, communicative, and did an amazing job. His estimate was the lowest of a total of three companies I considered, yet his work is very high quality. I would absolutely hire him again!

All work was completed in a timely manner, Waterfalls kept us updated with photos when we were not home, he was always quick to respond with any questions we had and our patio looks beautiful!
